Absolutely true.

And I love this gem:

The mafia would be proud of that. They could have paid protection money but now they are going to get their legs broken.

They better be careful they claim it had "phragmites" that would lead one to believe it was a bog or some other wetland and we know how the feds love to use "wetland" to break your legs.

Hilarious thing is they are using the cleared land to plant christmas tree's and have started, but those must not be the "right kind" of tree that have to be replanted.
