Mine uses mostly the spring hammer but he does do a little twist on my pelvis. I go because I had a sciatica issue once but he helped my neck quite a bit.
I questioned the spring hammer but that's all he used on my neck and a little nagging pain I had (stiffness) went away in 2 days after the first treatment. I also notice that my back muscles seem tired after an adjustment so something is going on.
BTW, when he wants to adjust my back to cure a cold or for weight loss, we'll part ways. | |
