That sounds good. Heres what I do with my 17 year old son. Rock picking and fence removal $5/ hr, driving auto steer in tillage and running grain cart $10/ hr. I asked if this seems fair? No he replied. I asked why I do it this way? didn't know.
I told him skilled jobs get paid more than general labor so stay in school and study hard.
