My suspicion is that he is on a hunting trip! ;-) It's a bad deal for everyone who did business there. Would make a person think twice about serving on co-op boards.
Don't know why it would make anybody scared to serve on coop board if they stayed on top of things. Problem is too many that set on boards are inept and don't have a clue about what is going on.
Board members wren't doing their job. If they had been, things when have been nipped in the bud long time ago. The board members should be on the hook for the missing $ in this mess.
