Mid Michigan | People actually help quite a bit. I have been stranded down to our other farm quite a few times and I have lucked out many times walking home. Even have had the cops give me a ride before when the tractor quit. One day I was walking down the highway on about a 95 degree day and was out of water and had about 1 1/2 miles to go and a buddy of mine saved me. He pulled up next to me on the highway and said "are you out exercising or do you need a ride"? I took the ride thankfully. I try to reciprocate to other people that need a hand when I can. | |
