N FLA | It's just a family farm BTO. I work for a husband and wife. I'm the agronomist but have some other key assignments. One is grain sales and paperwork and scheduling/loading trucks. But there is only about 60k bushels of grain. Sell about 70k tons of corn silage to dairies and grow too many peanuts.
My cattle. I think I have about 60 cows calving in the next 60 days, and 14 2 year olds calving, and kept 20 replacement heifers. I will just sell more old cows next summer to match my available forage. | |
