If you aren’t hunting it all the time then you will have trespassers on it hunting for free and if there’s an accident they will sue you. Lease it out today...nothing worse than all these free loaders who think they are owed a place to hunt...
Don’t understand it, you want to play golf you pay...why is hunting different?
