It appears that the $50,000 figure was correct, plus $12,500 to the IRS, plus $30,000 - $40,000 average loan value forgiven.

That old math still seems to not account for a lot of money.

Up front you agree the lawyers get 33.5% of any money they recover.

If these farmer have a legitimate case, I believe it should be paid.  There should be some way to get the money in the hands of those who were discriminated against.
