Well, if the case has been tried, and the court determined that there was discrimination and settlements were decreed, then I do not see how it is proper to not pay them. On the other hand, if there were deadlines for filing and those deadlines were not met, then I do not see how anything is owned on a claim which was never filed or was not filed properly.
