I took the warranty call one day and punched "1" to get an associate. Asked them which vehicle was about to go out of warranty, I really need to get it covered, I had just lost track of it's age. She asked me which one I needed converage for, told her I don't know, I have 14 vehicles of varying ages. You called me and told me I was about to go out of warranty, so which one is about to expire. She told me she has no clue of what vehicles I drive. Exactly, I assured her.
Conversation ended shortly thereafter.
Tell the CC companies the same thing. I ask them how low of a rate I can get, heck yes I want to do this. They ask me what I am paying now. That's none of her business, what are you offering. Hangs up. | |
