I keep getting automated messages on my answering machine trying to sell me extended warranty on my car and truck. Towards the end it says: "this is your final notification before we close your file. Press 1 to speak to a representative, press 2 to have your name removed from our list".
If this really is my "final notification", why do I need to press 2 to have my name taken off their list?
Might be a good question to ask their representative.
