Nothing wrong with them at all, just like everything else later models are alittle more desirable as updates where made. I had a early 8100 for a time and it was a good tractor. As above said trans was alittle jerky and newer ones had a bigger cubic in engine. If it has been well taken care of a 3000 hr tractor is quite a find.
