Carlton, CO | I can understand your shock and frustration, I was called a a-hole once by one also. I was polite, but was wanting to know where he was calling from etc... Recently I had a guy from "Farmers Choice" calling me on my cell phone, he got the number from my father in-law who buys welding rod from them. Their product's quality seems acceptable, bought a plasma cutter (wonderful piece of equipment) and a few other things before the frequent calls starting coming in with deals I just couldn't refuse (I DID!). I finally got fed up with him not taking no for an answer, I told him I would call him if I needed anything. Needless to say he still kept calling and I finally told him not to call me at all anymore, that ended it. As I get older, I have less patience for salesmen. Maybe I value my time more as I approach the end of it. | |
