I had a double fixed two years ago. Did the cuts and mesh. When I came home (out patient) I laid down. An hour later I tryed to get up and thought what the hell have I done! Really, after that it was just a few days of being careful and a few weeks of no heavy stuff. Just don't get flat to quick afterwards. You'll be glad after its all over that you got it done.
ANyone ever had a hernia?
