SE MT | Never thought I would post about a Ranch Dog, but today we lost the best dog ranch dog we ever had. Only seven years old but was older than half my kids, one heck of a sheepdog cost me nothing because he was a free gift from a neighbor. Watched over my young ones all these years, was always with them and you never know may have saved them from being hit by the all-too-frequent UPS and FedEx man roaring into the drive. Hard to lose the good ones, there are so few and far between but glad for the time we had them. Sad to lose him much sadder for the kids as he was most loyal to them. I haven't cried and almost 11 years , but I sure did today. I'm sure we will replace him down the road but he was one of a kind
