sc kansas | Years ago, I was a supervisor in a machine shop. We had a new maintenance man that was very green. He was always asking me questions about stuff he should know. On day he was working on a cnc machine and as I walked by, in a hurry, he asked my opinion and a diagnoses. I told him it was the kanuter valve, and walked on. I was later paged to the office by the owner of the shop because the maintenance man had called the manufacturer trying to order a kanuter valve. The owner was not happy and told me we did not have time for that.. I did not even explain, I just left before I lost it and told everyone I could find in between laughter. | |
