I would think that vfd's and traceability would be make a lot of paperwork to figure out. Making certain that there's no animal by products in ruminant feed would be another.
That to say, if you're willing to deal with things that others don't want the hassle of, you're going to have a market that is hard to break into. The aggravation will result in security and profit.
