Beresford, SD | Oh so true. 19 cents interest only! By next year all my dirt lots but one will have a 30' concrete apron around the perimeter surrounding clay mounds. Still expensive to do but the ability to do a little every year is easier to swallow than borrowing a million dollars on a barn! Doing all the work myself really cuts down on costs as well. Barns are nice but I'm not going to borrowing money on anything but the feeder calf. | |
