I think that you don't need a resume to get a job. If you go in and talk to the guy you want to work for, and tell him who you are, what skills you have and what you can do, in person, in front of his face, in the context of a normal conversation, you should be able to land any job.
Tell the guys who to call if they need more information.
I think a resume is a BS piece of paper. Any guy can write a resume. Not every guy can work.
