| It's not illegal, BUT the taxes are the liability of the purchasor to pay. Bought a carton from Europe (and they were fresh believe it or not) and received them in four or five days. The trick is any import below $100 ? I think comes through customs unopened and duty free, but any tariff, import duty or tax is the liability of the receiver. I don't believe we would want to be the example that will be made from the first delinquents they catch Rich. Sucks.
Why are so many people concerned about how much I smoke ? I always tell them, "As many as I can, some days I get to smoke more than others !" For some reason that's always ended the conversation. | |
