Seems like a lot of these payloads don’t have enough reach to dump manure over a cement wall into a manure spreader.
I think it would be pretty EZ for a good machine shop to make it into a high lift machine. You go first and report back.
Twenty or thirty years ago we had a W series Case (I think it was a W18) that had the arms extended for loading alfalfa cubes. It worked fine for that job as long as it was there. I think it cut the lift capacity and reduced the amount of curl on the bucket.
I saw that old loader still loading trucks last summer. Looks to have been converted to a bale squeeze for 4x4 bales. It must have 30,000+ hours by now. |
