Concordia, KS | On thing that was pointed out to me when interviewing with an HR lady CNH was to put in very specific and quantifiable things in when you can. She seemed to think that general statements were not as good. My example dealt with cotton plot harvesting equipment. My grad student co workers and I had taken a John Deere 484 cotton stripper and modified it to to harvest plots. I think I listed something on my resume like this: "With the help of co workers, designed and built a cotton plot harvester on a modified field machine." She felt that I needed to add quantifiable details. She gave examples on how much time it saved (example: reduced harvest time by 30%), how it reduced labor reqirements, and how it improved the overall system we used.
Good luck, it sounds like you have an awesome skill set and great experience. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be hired.
