My in-laws quit some years back, it was tough, they were heavy smokers from day one.
I am trying to cut down on my dang caffein. I drink way too much coffee, especially on those days I am not at the farm playing on this dang puter. I quit for a day or so and get the awfullest headaches, and say, what the heck, start making a pot again.
