Ashburn, GA, (very close to Heaven!) | wildcat1... Here's another non scriptural analogy. Suppose you have a fire (a church)and in that fire there are many glowing coals (Christians). If you take one of the glowing coals out of the fire and set it on the hearth, what happens? The coal starts to cool and will soon go completely out and get cold. The message there is that in order to keep the fire going, the coals need to be together, just as Christians need to be together, at least from time to time.... I would like to archive that one for future use. It is an excellent example of how the Church strengthens, motivates, and inspires believers.
