Those are 28 volts, how would I get those to work?

Most led lights will operate at a wide range of dc voltage.

From a review.
well-built device, despite the low price. It draws 1.24 amps at 12.1 volts, which makes 15 watts. (The specs claimed 12 - 18 watts, so I measured.) Fits PAR36 opening but it doesn't have the standard terminals. Instead it has wires coming out of a presumably-waterproof seal on the back. Users replacing standard bulbs will need to engineer their own wire-to-wire connection.
