Morris, IL | I ordered 2x pair worth of 9006 HID for the field only lights on front of 9600. I try and get lower K number think mine are 5k. Can’t beat it for 100$. I just ordered two more pair for the two road lights up front and side finder lights. They are 55 watt believe 9006 are as well so not increasing load. I get them from Kenny Larson.
Also ordered a 10 pack of 27 watt led off Amazon for 57$ total all 10. I know 9600 uses 1156 bulbs for grain tank and stubble lights which are 26 watt I believe so can change them out get lot more light and again not increase electrical load. Will add couple on back for chopper/backup light as well.
I know some places sell LED for the front and side finder light but for the money I really like HID where possible.

HID should plug and play in combine. Just order your bulb, my guess 9006, and color of choice. Just the ballast onto housing, plug everything in, and off you go.
