They seem to be very upstanding about dealing with things like that. I purchased a 150,000 btu Reddy Heater from Desa International this winter only to find out the company filed for bankruptcy 2 days after I ordered it and they never sent the item but charged me for it. They took the charge off without any problem. I was pretty impressed.
