SW KS | I am only relaying what I was told today. It did not come from one guy. I talked to multiple people and each seperately, they had no way of knowing what the other said. I hope they were all incorrect. However, I am guessing that what they told me today is how most of the officials interpret the law. Maybe I should put INTERPRET in capitals. You and I both know we can read the same thing and reach two different conclusions. They make me kind of nervous when they can not give me a list of what they consider Hazardous Materials. Thats another thing, what they consider Hazmat and what actually is are two different things. And yes I agree with you in that I could care less what their's or your opinion is, only what is fact. Once again you and I both know that just because a guy has a uniform or a title does not mean he knows what he is talking about. I do know that I walked through the shed doing inventory on chemical and could not find one anywhere that said HAZMAT. | |
