North End I-15 | The Aluminum plant in Columbia Falls was off water powered Electricity . Bonnevile from Hungary Horse Dam .The emissions denuded a mountain to the east of it of all trees . Shut down now. Not sure of all the reasons but EPA regs was one. Lots of high paying jobs gone. Montana is supposed to get rich off tourism . American Prairie Reserve is squeezing out the small ranchers with out of state $ making expansion for wanting to grow ranchers nearly impossible. | |
