Martinsville, Ohio
They are pretty sad across the board Hank. When I left school board we still had a good cafeteria supervisor who was an old farm boy, Boy Scout leader who gave the kids pretty good options. Still, french fries was the number one seller. The people in charge have to make every effort to provide nutritious food at an attractive price. That is no easy job in today's society.

The milk machines became a heavy user and profit center for the school which was a good thing since kids prefer pop over milk too many times in this day and age. There are so many tasty milk products available and cheese is a nutritious snack for kids over rolls, buns, sweets etc.

We all have to be dedicated to this pursuit and many aren't in this fast food age.
