We usually give a small monetary donation to the preist when he performs a special ceremony for someone in our family. Actually gave him 100 bucks when we got married, 50 for the ceremony, and 50 for handling the wife's annolment from her first husband with such care. Very hard for her, but he walked her through it with alot of sensitivity.
