west central Iowa | Is the drain plug under the top or out in the open. The old pride of the farm that I had that looked like that one had the plug out in the open. I had fat cattle on that fountain during an extremely hot weather spell. I had been running a sprinkler on them in the afternoon. One day when I got there to turn the sprinkler on the cattle had got the drain plug of the fountain and it had run the well dry so I couldn't run the sprinkler. By the time I got back with water in a tank 3 had died. | |

Any comments on these waterers...good or bad
