Since the Avian flu outbreak a few years ago. President Bush had in place the network to follow something like this. I believe it is a the wise thing to find out all we can before it goes wild. If it ever does. So far it's not that big a deal. How many who think it's hype today were not sure a week or so ago. They have done the prudent thing so far. Can always start relaxing the grip.
