After all the city fruitloops voted in closed range, the state took passed a bill that nullified the county laws and opened the range back up. I have had a cow and a calf hit on the road 2 different times and the drivers insurance paid. That doesn't work on a US hwy or interstate though.
Anyone else read this on crop talk?
