Yorktown, TX | I had one tried on me when I started my job in the oilfield. I had a guy tell me to go get a container of A - I - R and bring it to the mixing hoppers. He wanted me to think that it was a chemical to be mixed in a sweep to be pumped down hole. I knew what was going on, so I went and got a bucket of water. I carried it up to the mixing hopper and I doused the derrickhand with the water and then handed him the empty bucket. He didn't try anything again. | |
