The organic N from pellets is not all available the first year but I think most of the sulfur would be but I believe the sulfur portion of pelleted manure is soluble. Not sure if fall applied is the best and it would better if worked in vs. spread on top.
I would think you would lose more N with wet manure unless it could be worked in immediately. But traction and smell are kind of an issues with wet.
