Not sure if you have seen my post over the last two years regarding the big beaver dam that was built on one of my 1/4's. noticed it in the fall of 16 and told my tenants that they should expect dry weather. Two dry years in a row. Seems like we are just coming out of the longes drought in the last 60 years, maybe longer.
