West Central Alberta Coldest, wettest edge | The last feed wheat I sold through a broker late this summer went north to Edmonton, whereas normally all feed grain flows south throughout Alberta. And from what I've seen Edmonton area had better crops than any of Central or southern Alberta, receiving a few timely rains that we missed.
It is only logical to watch prices drop in spite of all the issues with this crop. I can only image how low they could get if this is winter and nothing else gets combined.*** Not sure how much buyers have managed to shake loose with lower prices lately, but I'm not sure that strategy will work for long.
I can't see your mapdot, where are you at Buckwheat? Or is that the dot in Northern Montana just west of the Ab SK border? |
