I understand where you are coming from. It all depends on how good the machine was when I had it, if it was good I become attached.

I had a couple MF combines that I threw rocks at as they went down the lane.

True story...had an MF 510 that a fellow came to look at too purchase. I started it up, and went to put the separator clutch in gear and it went out...just as the machine started to turn over. I had no idea anything was wrong. Went to start it the next day for the MF boys,so they could fix the clutch, and it wouldn't start...new fuel pump.

After paying the shop bill I cleared about $200....I'd would have had that much fun blowing it up if I'd only known in advance.
