That is the key, what is the price on the other 111+ and what is the rental on the other 280. Some value there if you can lock it in for 5 years and is actually close. I have a feeling "close" isn't what most people think though. Kind of strange dumping money into rehabing that house that is literally surrounded by a feedlot.
