Northeast Iowa
Had to laugh at your second picture. It looks like one of the hard-core duck blind boats I've seen coming from the Mississippi. I'm probably a half hour east of you. Stopped by some Amish friends' at Canton on Monday. One of their girls said he dad was going to try tobacco last year to diversify. He had some on a wagon when I pulled in this week.

Stopped by the produce shed down the road from them. Got some of the yellowest butter I've ever seen, and some peach jam. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were disappointing this year, which is why I stopped. Only lasted a short time and were very small. Almost an embarrassment to be associated with the bacon and lettuce on a BLT.
