Price has been slowly declining for last 3-4 weeks. If gona keep it definitely cover it. We covered some last yr thinking price would increase in mid-late winter...never happened and now local trucker (been going to Neb with straw) says there's hay laying everywhere he looks and can't give away straight alfalfa. I'm sitting on a bunch and it's worth more if lightning strikes and burns it all down.
