| I agree with you - there are definitely people out there who should not be allowed behind the wheel. BUT, how would you go about weeding those people out? Should it be part of the behind-the-wheel driving test at age 16 to drive a 80,000 lb 18 wheeler directly at the student's car and only give a license to those who avoid it? I know what you will say - they eventually weed themselves out. True, but how many others get "taken out" with them?
I also agree that not all city slickers are idiots. Not all farmers are good with vehicles and equipment either. But the majority are. | |
