Subject: This goes both ways however

I'm not trying to pick on you Jim, or run down your company, but my BIL has a set of Dawn trash whippers, the type with the screw knob on top. The engineer for that forgot they operate in dust, so the knobs couldn't be turned to adjust after several years. Your solution was to offer to send him a drill bit and 6 grease zerks. He never got an offer of a dealer fix or replacement of the defect and I suppose Ford feels the same way.

I've owned a 98 Windstar and currently have a 2002 and have no problems.
