Told them up front it needed a U-joint, but they insisted on an "expert" to take a test drive to diagnose problem. Wonder if all big city shops pull that BS?

On the other side of the street was the Caddy dealer (Engelbert & I drove out there for spring break in the car they left behind for winter), drive in service to charge A/C. Very quick, professional service, but chevy dealer POA.
