Nebraska, The land of corn and cattle | No there were some differences, we had both a 135 and 155 at the same time. 5th and 2nd gear are slower on the 155, few other things I cant think of off hand.
Also not all 135s were dual speed, the very first ones werent, which is the one we had. And the only way I know of to get the 540 shaft is to use the dual speed PTO housing from a 135 and swap the whole thing.
Its not terribly difficult to take out, drain the hydraulics, unhook the lines and unbolt the unit. A cherry picker and a couple of guide pins to help support it as you slide it out.
