Jim- Terrible situation, I am glad to hear your family was unhurt. With such poor craftsmanship and or engineering on such a safety problem I would think Ford would be bending over backwards to take care of the situation, obviously they are not. Good luck in dealing with them, maybe remind them of their pinto mistake and attempted cover up?
