Subject: RE: Non-gmo vs Double stack

Eastern South Dakota
I'm in my third year of planting some non GMO corn. So far two of the years the vt2 outyielded the same conventional varitey by 8 bushels and 3 bushels and then the conventional won by 8 bushels the other. 10 oz of generic bifenthrin in furrow will do a decent job controlling corn borer and rootworm pressure. I have noticed that the late season plant health on the conventional is better. It stays greener but it obviously doesn't correlate to a higher yield but my pocket definitely has more green in it from planting the conventional.
