OK........I've enjoyed the exchange and truly do wish you luck. Just so you know..........around here you can still buy land for $500/ac at times. I kind of think we're in one of the few areas left that someone can make a living just farming even at a young age if you've got your head screwed down tight. However........I stand corrected and hope you succeed. But also.........just so you know.........you show up around here waving $50 an acre for yearly rent and you can have any of the best ground around (not including irrigated stuff).
