Martinton,il | Was recently at a stockholders meeting at a local co-op in Ashkum, Il and it occurred to my wife and I just how old the crowd of people attending were. I am 62 and I would say that I was the average age attending that night. I mentioned it to one of the board members and he said it's really a concern that there is so few young farmers out there to take over. With the current economic situation in farming, what is it going to take to bring them back? | |
